Birthday letter

To my precious Bai Yu Fen,
Happy Birthday! I have been thinking of you all day with a heavy heart. To think that nobody said happy birthday to you breaks my heart more than you will ever know. Everytime I have thought of you today, (which had been often), I have tears in my eyes. I promise you, that when you are home in America, we will celebrate your milestone of turning one!
Today, we went out to eat to celebrate in your honor. Your dad and I love you so much-without even seeing you, hearing your voice, or even hugging you, you have found a spot deep within our hearts-forever. The part that is more amazing to me is the love your brothers and sister already have for you. They talk daily about how much they love you and can't wait to see you, and hold you in their arms.
Bai Yu Fen, our prayers and thoughts are with you on this special day. My prayer for you, is that you never know another birthday, without knowing your Creator who gave you life.
