Our homestudy update is on the way to our house, and will then be re-directed to the USCIS office in Kansas City with an updated I-600A form. We need to do this as our current USCIS approval expires on 1/6/08, and we will not be allowed to travel with our approval expired. Hopefully the review process is a little quicker than the last time, and we'll have the approval form (171-H) well before we are set to travel.
We have also heard that our LOI has been officially received by the CCAA and that they are in the process of reviewing our request to adopt. Still no idea on when we should receive approval from the CCAA, but at least we know that it is in process.
