We just received a fantastic email from our agency stating that our travel approval (permission to adopt) has been received!! This was the last major hurdle to jump over before we travel. Our agency is now working on scheduling appointments with Civil Affairs offices and the US Consulate. Once that is in place, we will have travel plans! Depending on the timing of the appointments, we should be back home in time for Christmas...maybe even a couple of family birthdays as well.
Days like this sure make all the days of paperwork, waiting, and more paperwork worth every minute.
